To ensure our franchisees have complete peace of mind when it comes to anything IT-related, we have in place a global ISO27001/9001 certified infrastructure and partner who supply a wide range of services that are tailored to franchisee needs. We also have a local Canada-based partner who ensures 1st and 2nd line support is dealt with efficiently.
We deliver a fully managed cloud solution that includes endpoint management, file backup, security, email, telephony, and support. This solution has been created to ensure a minimal amount of your time is used on IT, everything is compatible, and 'just works' out of the box so you can concentrate on building your business. This is included for you for the first six months as part of the initial franchise package as well as a business-quality laptop and peripherals to get you up and running from day 1.
We provide a suite of software products as part of the franchise package to support a modern and efficient accounting practice. This includes onboarding, practice management, tax and accounts compliance, data capture and digitization and bookkeeping. Being part of the TaxAssist Accountants network means that you benefit from our global group discounts which we have agreed with all of our specialist providers. Full training, support, installation and updates are provided on an ongoing basis.
