TaxAssist franchisees in Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, and Australia are benefitting from a new, enhanced Support Site which was launched on June 13, following a three-year development project focused on improving all TaxAssist websites.
The TaxAssist Support Site is integral to the running of a franchisee’s business and acts as an online operations manual, as well as a lead tracking system, ticket system, reporting, booking system and marketing support system.
“The TaxAssist support site has always contained a wealth of information to help franchisees manage all aspects and areas of their business. And now the newly-enhanced support site is even more user-friendly and easy to work through than in the past. New features include:
- A new search engine - This is using the commercial Algolia product and provides a Google-like experience. This is already live on the client-facing websites
- A number of performance enhancements
- A much more scalable and robust base platform from which to develop the site further in the future
