Her experience spans leadership of operations teams, consumer credit risk management, accounts receivable management, call centre management, and customer service.
Rina holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. She is serving and has served on various boards and committees, including Provider Capital Group, Receivables Management Association, Credit Granters Association of Toronto, Credit Scoring and Risk Strategy Association, Creditor Relations Committee of the Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services, and Metropolitan Toronto and Regional Crime Stoppers. Niraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience spanning various roles in professional service organizations, including 13 years in KPMG.
Backed by his experience of serving clients across taxation, auditing, and financial services domains for the UK, US and India, he excels in assessing and implementing business transformation initiatives and advising professionals on how to deploy them effectively.

VP Franchise Development – John Rogers
John joined TaxAssist in 2021 following 15 years of experience in the sales and franchise industry, including six years as the owner/operator of one of the largest Snap Fitness franchises in Canada. He has also held franchise development and coaching positions with successful Canadian companies spanning consumer packaged goods, automotive and service industries.
John holds a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire – Whittemore School of Business where he played NCAA Div. I Hockey.
As the Vice President of Franchise Development, John leads the expansion of the TaxAssist Accountants brand in the Canadian market. This role includes working closely with prospective franchisees who are considering joining the network in discussing all aspects of the TaxAssist franchise proposition.
